Work Duties

Cashier Responsibilities

  • Accurately taking and packing orders, including in-store, phone, and delivery orders. Introducing and recommending products and services to customers.

  • Providing high-quality customer service.

  • Responding to and addressing customer service inquiries and complaints, and escalating them when necessary.

  • Adding toppings to beverages as required.

  • Checking and managing the stocking of products.

  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the store.

  • Organizing and restocking utensils, including straws, cups, and forks.

  • Arranging and transporting goods to their proper locations.

  • Opening and closing the store.

  • Training to assist shaker with the preparation of drink bases as part of future development.
