Tips Information: Based on the data from October 16th 2023 to November 12th 2023, for indivual full-time evening shifts working two positions plus a weekend bonus, the tips amount for employee: $204.65 + $60=$264.65*

General Employee Benefits:

Free Drinks: One free drink per shift, including dessert cups but excluding Mega cups. Free drinks are for employee consumption only during shifts to relieve fatigue and cannot be shared. Drinks can be taken home after shifts.

Unpaid Breaks: 15-minute unpaid break per shift (for shifts longer than 4 hours). Break times are at the discretion of the team leader, based on the workload of the shift.

Holiday Pay: Legal holidays worked earn approximately 2.5 times the salary, non-working holidays earn standard pay (calculated as 7.5 hours for everyone, with an additional 1.5 times the salary for hours worked that day). Eligibility requires working more than 15 days in the 30 days leading up to the holiday.

Outstanding Members: Members who adhere to systems and require minimal management, and who have mastered skills receive an additional $0.5/hour. Cashier positions receive an additional $1/hour. (As team leaders are a baseline condition, this is already included in the pay adjustment.)
